Bureau of Intl Narcotics in US praises Colonel Taibe Canolli, of Kosova’s Police

Today INL is pleased to highlight Kosova Police Director of the Division for Personnel and Administration, Colonel Taibe Canolli. As Director, Colonel Canolli is responsible for developing the police force’s human and training capacities to maintain public order and security, and to prevent and investigate crime. As an active leader in her community, she also serves as the Chairwoman of the Kosova Police’s Women’s Association and is a member of Managing Board of the European Network of Police Officers.

With INL support, Col Canolli has presented and participated in several conferences and trainings that have served to improve the programs she oversees. U.S. Embassy Prishtina, Kosova provides advice and mentoring to Kosova’s law enforcement institutions through the The United States Department of Justice‘s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP). #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenLeadingSecurity Department of State — Office of Global Women’s Issues
